However, I thought that even though each person has a different perspective, there is one thing they have in common.

People who think that they don't have to grow up and that it's okay to maintain the status quo should not be able to talk about the future.
Everyone was cool when they said, "I'm doing this right now, and I want to do this in the future," and I wanted to be a person who could always look to the future and commit to growth.
And one more thing, which is not related to ISAO, but about communication with people, many people said, "I don't invite you to lunch often, but I'd be happy if you do." When I heard that, I thought, "I understand that feeling," but at the same time, I thought, "This could be an opportunity." This is because I think there are quite a few little forms of communication that everyone knows in their hearts but can't take action.

Interns' reflections and future mindset
During the first month of my internship, I was able to achieve my goal of using the Courage Lunch to get to know ISAO people, but I didn't finish my main job, infrastructure construction, until the end, and remained halfway through. I was about to reach the last day of my internship.
I started as an intern by accompanied sales for hearings, but then I stumbled during the construction stage, so I ran out of time and left the parts I should have done to the coach. I think everyone has stumbling at work. However, in my case, the response when I stumbled was not good in two ways.
The first is that I didn't do time management. When I got stuck because I didn't understand something, I thought, "If I do a lot of research for the time being, I'll be able to do something," and I just worked on it without thinking about it. "If I can't do it even if I do it until the XX day, I will consult with the coach," etc., I had little awareness of time, and time often passed without progress. Regardless of whether you can or cannot set a time, I think it was necessary to frequently report on progress and receive feedback.
The second is that I didn't share what I'm doing at all at Goalous. I mistakenly thought that I shouldn't post if there was no progress, so **I thought, "I can't post anything because there's no progress at all."**I was thinking. Just posting that I'm stuck here and now without making progress will help me verbalize and organize it in my mind, and I reflect that maybe someone who saw the post might have given me advice.
These two points of reflection that have been exposed this time need to be improved immediately, but I am currently writing my master's thesis, so I am using them in my writing.
I want to remember both time management and frequent progress reports, and I don't want to rush around the deadline.
I would like to improve these two points of reflection while I am still a student, and I would like to work at ISAO from next year while cherishing the ideal image of a member of society that I felt through the Courage Lunch.
