Introducing ISAO's Interesting Systems
Hello! This is Ichihashi, who is in charge of human resources at ISAO.
There are five spirits in ISAO, and one of them is called "family kizuna".
Today, we would like to introduce ISAO's efforts to deepen such "family kizuna"!
Its name is...
Muster up the courage to have your first lunch
It is abbreviated as "Courage Lunch".
What is a courage lunch?
ISAO has about 200 members, so there are quite a few people who say, "I know your face, but I've never talked to you!"
When we introduced the Bali Flat model, we started the Courage Lunch in October last year with the aim of transcending the boundaries of previous hierarchies and projects and creating new collaborations and synergies.
The rules are quite simple.

- Collaborated on the goal of "increasing the number of people who go to courage lunch" created by me on the in-house SNSGoalous
- Invite employees you don't usually have the opportunity to interact with and go to lunch alone
- When the two of you go to lunch, take a picture together and post it as an action at the goal
- An allowance of 1,000 yen per person is provided for lunch for two people.
What I feel as an HR manager
It's been almost 4 months since I started, but more than 60 groups of members have already gone to Courage Lunch.

In the process, work collaborations are actually born, common hobbies are discovered, and the date of birth is exactly the same!
The kizuna is getting deeper and deeper.
By the way, I don't have many employees who are eligible for human resources, but I was invited the other day!
A girl in her 20s who joined the company a few months ago for the first time in the IT industry (or rather, desk work).
We talked about our future careers, life, and other hobbies in a somewhat arrogant manner.
Everyone has their own age, career, and way of thinking.
You can talk to various people and notice new things, which is also the real pleasure of this courage lunch.
The good thing about ISAO is that when you do this kind of initiative, everyone actively uses it!
I'm really looking forward to seeing what kind of pair will go to Courage Lunch today.
