The time, cost, quality, and number of people involved are completely different.
That's why you estimate the number of man-hours before working on it, and try to communicate without misunderstandings. What you realize for the first time through your work and trial and error will surely make you stronger. You can also learn about the company's overall perspective, such as the origin of the business, so your horizons will be much broader.

Before graduating from ISAO, both of them gave presentations about the past and the future. Mr. Takahashi said that he would like to create a lot of services by mastering development in a wide and deep way, comparing it to Escher.
Looking for people who can give their opinions
Since we expect people to participate in the project immediately, we are looking for people who have some knowledge and experience and can learn on their own. Not only do you ask them to do what they can do now, but they also ask you to take on challenges that stretch a little, so people who enjoy it are suitable. In addition, it is an environment where interns and employees can have flat and open discussions without distinction, so I want to work with people who can positively express their doubts and ideas and stimulate existing members.
Tajima, who is currently working with me as a design intern, is also the type to give more and more opinions. Although I am still inexperienced, my team members are also inspired by the freshness full of motivation and tsukkomi from a new perspective.
Tajima has the strength of being able to take pictures and create materials by himself. While gaining experience as a designer, he is already in demand as a photographer for branding projects.
