Colorkrew hires year-round, so the start dates vary, but basically, we hold the entrance ceremony around April and autumn.
In this blog, we will look back at the entrance ceremony held on April 1, 2026.
At this induction ceremony, we welcomed Mr. Yano, who had long been active as an intern.

2026 Entrance Ceremony
Colorkrew is a hybrid of office attendance and remote work.
Our induction ceremony is also held annually in a hybrid format, both in-office and online.
- Part 1: Stakeholders gather in the office for face-to-face sessions.
Emphasize the nature of the ceremony and encourage a shift in attitude from students to working adults.
- Part 2: All participants and held online.
Invite new employees to introduce themselves, and offer welcome messages and advice from seniors, making them feel welcome.
Part One
To create a formal atmosphere, participants wore jackets and suits.
Colorkrew usually dresses freely, but every year on this day alone, they dress in suits and welcome new employees.
The main content of the first part is a message from the representative Nakamura. Congratulatory words were sent to the new employees.

We also presented book cards as a modest gift.
We hope that gaining new knowledge and perspectives will enrich the work and lives of new employees.
Part Two
The second part is an online version open to all employees.
Attendees of the first part continued to join from their offices, with the event broadcast live via Zoom. Employees working from home can also participate online.
New employees gave a new self-introduction.
We had worked together since our internship days, and by hearing about their backgrounds and why they chose Colorkrew, we gained a deeper understanding.

Next, welcome messages from "mentors" who support new employees.
Mentors support the growth of new employees by providing daily one-on-one consultations and providing timely feedback.
From them, they sent words of welcome to the members they were responsible for.
From now on, use your mentor's feedback as nourishment, learn from the words and actions of those around you, and keep growing

Finally, I presented advice from a senior colleague who recently joined as a new graduate.
They shared important points for future spending at Colorkrew, such as the importance of communication and taking ownership.

A video summarizing the entrance ceremony has also been released.
I think you'll get a feel for the atmosphere of Colorkrew, so please check it out!
