Introduce New Employees
Next, I asked Mr. Shimizu, a new employee, to introduce himself. I knew that there were not only Japanese but also foreigners, so they prepared a presentation in English! He told me about what he was researching at university, his hobbies, and what he wanted to learn at Colorkrew.
Mr. Shimizu interned after the job offer and wrote a blog about the internship (the prospective employee said. The charm of Colorkrew and the growth of a prospective intern) also wrote at the time. However, the interview was online, and the internship was fully remote from Kyushu, so this was the first time I could meet face-to-face.
When I met Mr. Shimizu for the first time, he was full of expectations for the future and looked dazzling. I think there will be fun and difficult things in the future, but I remember strongly wanting to support people who are glad they came to Colorkrew.
By the way, Mr. Nomura, another new graduate, will join the company in July to graduate from university in June. Therefore, I plan to have my self-introduction announced at the entrance ceremony in July. I'm really looking forward to it now.

Next is a welcome message from Senpai. We had a presentation from the stars of young engineers, Floris and Kono. The content prepared by the two of them was an introduction to places where communication could be promoted. He explained the opportunities to communicate with everyone, such as free drinks, lunch subsidy systems, weekly chat meetings in English/Japanese, and circle introductions on company SNS. There are mechanisms to promote communication both online and in the office, so I hope you will use them more and more to interact with everyone.

Next is the question corner! We asked Colorkrew members what they wanted to ask and asked questions. On the other hand, the two of them also asked questions to the Colorkrew members to deepen their understanding of each other. The respondents to the questions were chosen, but they all answered seriously in a funny way, so I was able to have fun and have fun. I am impressed by the flexible Karaklers!
