Pros

I originally work from 9:30, so the train is not as crowded as during the commuting rush, but I am still grateful that I don't have to change trains and walk from the station.

It is helpful to be able to do housework until the last minute of work, such as cleaning the house, etc., in a limited amount of time for work, housework, and childcare.

- lack of exercise
I thought I would not get enough exercise because I spent most of my time at home, but I guess this is a story where I can move my body elsewhere.
I think it depends on the content of the work you are in charge of and the PC environment, but in my case, it has been a task that I can concentrate on alone, and since I usually work on a company laptop, I can take it home and work in the same environment, so I feel the advantage is stronger.
I got used to the weekly remote cycle, and I became aware of my tasks and schedules so that I could only do things in the company and that needed to be confirmed by members by Tuesday, and brought work that I should focus on alone on remote days.
