Hello!
Suzuki is a team MSP that provides cloud management services and is in charge of overall operations is.
I've been working at Colorkrew since June 2020 and just celebrated my first year at Colorkrew when I contributed.
Strangely, I joined the company at the same time as I changed my company name to Colorkrew.
Today, I would like to introduce my work and what I usually think about when I work, along with the characteristics of Colorkrew.
History
To roughly explain my career so far, I worked at an SIer subsidiary for about 10 years, cultivated the foundation of infrastructure and app BtoB, changed jobs to foreign consulting, and managed large-scale projects for about two years, leading to the current Colorkrew.
When I decided to change jobs to Colorkrew, I had received a job offer from another major foreign consultant, but I decided to do something different, so I chose Colorkrew, which is a challenge.
I got used to it in a year and my evaluation went up, and so far (?) It can be said that the decision was a great success.
For me, the company's mindset and company motto are quite important, and I made it important when choosing a company to see if it matched what I valued.
I work with the mission of "making people who work with the power of IT happy", and I sympathize with Colorkrew's visionThere were a lot of things to do.
As an aside, I've never made a big decision and failed.
I like movies called "I'm sure it will work", and I learned that it makes no big difference whether you choose to study hard, that there is no big difference in choosing a choice other than death, and that if you thoroughly look at the experience you have gained and the future rather than regretting the past, you will not make a mistake in your choice.
Joining Colorkrew

I participated in the role of team MSP to widely operate the customer's cloud environment.
I think about the operation and improvement of the customer's cloud environment together, help create better system operation, grow with team members, interview for jobs, and think about sales and business menus.
I loved improvement, so it seems that that point was appreciated in the hiring.
In the midst of the remote shift, I went to the company for the first time on the day I joined the company for a fully remote interview.
When I went to the company, I was very surprised to find that there was a pool table and a kitchen in the office, and it was a fashionable venture company in my imagination.
Differences from Other Companies in Colorkrew
There is a system that opens up work, and I feel that using Goulous is very important.
After joining the company, I liked the system and posted it frequently, but there are many behind-the-scenes tasks that are not noticeable, but those things also saw the light of day and were conveyed to other members of the company, which gave me an opportunity to communicate and get to know myself.
I also think that the company has very generous support for challenges.
I want to do this myself! I want to change this! It is such a company that has a strong will to open it up, and by opening it, supporters and collaborators will come to the rescue.
Comparing the difference between Colorkrew and other companies to robot manufacturing
This company does not have a manager.
I think that mechanism is very consistent with full remote.
An ecosystem that produces total results by autonomously doing what you should do, rather than having someone manage it. is at the root.
It is often misunderstood that each person is working on their own, but this is completely different.
Each job is connected and has its own role.
The work is completed by each person recognizing their role and opening up the results in real time.

If you compare it to a job that makes robots (although the company doesn't make robots), in a typical company, managers look at the blueprint and give instructions, "Mr. ◯◯ makes limbs, Mr. ◯◯ makes the torso, and Mr. ◯◯ is AI."
Colorkrew is an environment where everyone has a common desire to make robots, understands that "I should do this," and **says, "I'll do this."**I think it is.
When it comes to operations, I think our strength in operation is that we have people who are good at IaaS operation, people who are familiar with k8S, people who are good at setting up monitoring, and people who are good at organizing and negotiating, and we have one idea to keep the customer's system running stably and work towards it.
That's why even if it's fully remote, there is no monitoring or management of members.
Colorkrew Stand Out in Inconspicuous Work
I have a lot of experience in the IT industry, so I can do a lot of things.
However, there are not many things that are very good or that they are second to none.
I'm pretty good at listening to people, making friends, and fishing.
The work method of gathering specialists and voluntarily saying, "I'll do this!" yields high results, but there is still work to take care of the parts that no one has done.
I think that is a good match for my ability to have wide and shallow coverage.
I've experienced a lot of things I want to do and things I don't want to do, but it's interesting to think that they are all connected and are now bringing many benefits to the company and me.
In a normal company, such work is buried and inconspicuous, but with Colorkrew**, you can appeal to yourself, "I did this!"** Laughter
In the future, I would like to continue to provide a place where members with their own personalities can fully demonstrate their abilities, although it is not a prominent job.
