I entered the industry as a programmer, but I actually wanted to work on cloud and infrastructure before I joined Colorkrew.
During the training period, I posted my opinion on the company's SNS that I wanted to do the cloud, and an engineer who works in the cloud invited me to work in the cloud and Devops.
Currently, I am working as a Cloud solution architeture and Devops engineer in a team called MSP.
As a result of expressing my desire to work in the cloud and Devop, I have gained opportunities from unexpected places, and now I am able to learn while working.
In this way, at Colorkrew, if you have a strong desire to do it, there are many opportunities to take on the challenge.
The company will support you not only in technical challenges, but also in what you think you want to do, including changes in business and job types.
Some people take on the challenge of the security business by expanding their ideas from operational monitoring, while others take on the challenge of becoming an engineer again from intelligence systems.
In addition, the Alexa business and the PowerBI business have not been in Colorkrew for a long time, and the challenge of people who want to do it is an example that has led to a business.
Of course, there are jobs in front of me and tasks that I have to do, so I can't say that it's an environment where I can only do what I want to do, but an environment where I can challenge myself to do what I want to do is attractive to me.

As a foreigner, the most worrying thing about working is cultural differences and language.
There are many things to be careful about when trying to communicate in a language different from your native language.
I have to think about things like "is the expression I am using correct" and "is my opinion being conveyed properly", so it takes more time than others to ask simple questions and create materials.
In fact, I think these language barriers are something that many foreigners feel uneasy.

At the moment, I can't say that there are still many members who can speak English fluently, but I have meetings in English for foreign members and create company documents in English.
So the stress caused by the language was not as great as I thought.
The company aims to have all employees speak English in the future, and we will spare no effort to support this, so I think that in the future, the language barrier will be further reduced and we will be able to concentrate more on our work.

That's why I wanted to ask myself that.
