Happy New Year!
At the end of the year, I watched Slam Dunk. This is the one I'm doing in the movie theater now.
*No spoilers. Don't worry
Generationally, Slam Dunk was a manga after I became a member of society, but I also loved the original work. If I had been a student and was doing club activities, I think the level of emotional empathy would have been even different.
The movie was very interesting and moving, as people at work and comments from Facebook timelines said, "It was great!"
After watching the movie, I wondered why I felt so excited.
Slam Dunk is the story of a team, as well as an individual story. Each member has a long history of hard work to achieve a momentary victory.
And although the goal is to share the best moments at the end, I thought that the process leading up to it would also be heartwarming.
Like the story of Slam Dunk, not everyone will have an exciting experience with Psycho.
When it comes to sports, I'm a dropout, so I'm sorry that I never felt that way when I was a student.
On the other hand, I have felt such a passion many times at work.
Looking back on it later, it was when I spent my days desperately in a muddy and messy mess, becoming a real "friend" with the members I was working with, and achieving something.
It is not a team that was formed by a predetermined harmony from the beginning, without conflict, and with an adult relationship, but only the feeling of having the same goals continues to unite each other, even though they clash with each other and sometimes have a bad relationship. And gradually you understand each other, and it is a pattern of becoming a real team and a real teammate.
I think I will look back later that when I didn't have such friends and achieved results alone, even though I was very successful in business, it wasn't very exciting.
Colorkrew's Vision "Color your work with excitement"
Our goal is **to "globally, our services and products are successful, and we are dramatically improving the quality of work of users."**is an overwhelmingly high and big goal compared to my own past. It probably won't be that easy.
That's why it's so rewarding. Members from all over the world, young and old, mixed together, collided with each other, formed a team, and worked towards a single goal.
For Karakul, I want 2023 to be a year that brings us closer to our goals than ever before.
Another hard year begins, but the excitement lies ahead.
Let's do our best to make it a year of excitement.
Thank you for your continued support this year!
