This is the third company to enter the IT industry. I have walked a fairly normal path as an engineer, management, and corporate, but now that I am here, I am continuing my working life as an engineer again.
60 years old is generally a milestone for re-employment, but there is no retirement age for ISAO. As long as you continue to demonstrate your abilities and take on challenges, you will have the same working environment as everyone else.
Happiness of celebrating the sixth anniversary of ISAO
ISAO is a bari flat (open and flat organization). I grew up in a conventional hierarchy, but recently I have been feeling joy in this open and flat. - No useless power or reporting lines (bariflat)

- We have a corporate culture that allows us to honestly rejoice in the growth of others (Mission, Vision, and Spirits)
If you have your own skills and areas to challenge, you are given a lot of freedom in terms of business. I think it is a rewarding environment that is comfortably tiring and has a degree of freedom to contribute to the company if you have the skills to deal with it while looking sideways at your abilities as you age.
What I think
Even if it is said to be a sixty-year anniversary, the retirement age is 70 years old, so it is still active. However, age is cruel, and everyone gets old even if they don't do anything. I think there is a big difference between celebrating the sixth anniversary in a hierarchical organization and celebrating the sixth anniversary in ISAO.
It is a battle with myself to see how old I can work in this environment, but at least I feel that I have been able to achieve a tough and enjoyable working environment.
