This is Harasaki from ISAO Co., Ltd. I am writing this blog as the first 60-year-old employee at ISAO. This is the third company to enter the IT industry. I have walked a fairly normal path as an engineer, management, and corporate, but now that I am here, I am continuing my working life as an engineer again. 60 years old is generally a milestone for re-employment, but there is no retirement age for ISAO.
