In particular, 20-year-old graduates have had a very rare experience of working remotely from the time they joined the company, so I would like to approach how they work and the recent remote work situation of young people.

Ai: On the other hand, what do you think are the disadvantages of remote work?
Marco: I can't meet my coach, my favorite Sungmin! It's also sad that I can't hear everyone's voices while working. If I were in the company, I could ask right away if I didn't understand something, but now I don't want to have a time lag because I can check through tools such as Teams.
In terms of work, since I'm in sales, I'm doing tele-appointments through remote work, but I'm worried because I'm alone and don't know if I'm doing it right. Also, lack of exercise, difficulty changing moods... For me, remote work is full of disadvantages!

What do you do with coaching and teaching?
Ai: Colorkrew has a coaching system where each person has a coach. How do you get coaching from remote work?
Marco: I talk to my coach Sungmin 1-on-1 every day. I can talk to my coach, Sungmin, about anything. Recently, I've created a secret 1-on-1 circle on Goalous to share my daily goals and progress and get feedback.
Tajima: My coach is Keishi the representative, but until recently, I was doing 1-on-1 online every morning! Right now, I have been contacting them here and there, asking them to tell me about good articles and recommended books.
Ai: It's unique to Colorkrew when a new graduate nominates a representative as a coach.
Tsutsumi: At first, I had a lot of things I wanted to ask, such as how to proceed with my work, so I had 1-on-1 meetings every day in April and May. Since then, I have gotten used to work, so I feel like my work has decreased to 3 or 2 weeks.
Yasuhara: My coach is insanely easy to talk to, and I feel like I'm allowed to do it freely (laughs).

Book clubs that broaden horizons also help with communication
Ai: It seems that you are able to communicate with your coach and the project members you are involved with, but are there any other opportunities to talk?
Aoki: We hold a book club within the company!
Yasuhara: I originally participated in an external book club, but I thought it would be nice to broaden my horizons by exchanging opinions, so I tried recruiting members through Goalous.
Marco: This is my recommended book! Japanese is difficult, but I like Ayu, so I ♡ do my best to read it
