Well, this time, I would like to talk about what I have noticed after running the seminar for about a year, rather than talking about the Bali Flat Seminar.
Slides I made thinking they would be popular are not popular
This is a presentation. If you aim for it, it will miss. If you are in a hurry, you will take it off. If you play around too much, you will get cold.
If you start with high expectations, you will feel sorry for the lack of ability to make it interesting, so recently, I have been saying, "If you think I'm trying to say something funny, please laugh. I try to ask at the beginning.
Since I started saying this, more and more people relaxed a little and smiled from the beginning. I am grateful.
I am very happy when I am photographed on my slides
I am often told that "photography is prohibited" in various seminars, but ISAO's seminars basically ask you to take more and more photos.
In the first place, we are aiming for an opening, but I realized that I am "quite happy" when I can simply take a photo.

I'm happy to ask questions
My presentation is usually about an hour, but then there is a question corner. I have a frame of about 30 minutes, but I usually get questions in the middle of the meeting to the point where it becomes "the continuation is at the social gathering".
I can't explain all the buri flats in one hour, but I would be happy if you could ask me questions with interest.
It doesn't matter if it's half fun or really interesting. We look forward to hearing more and more questions.
If you don't do your best, you won't get many people
Recently, ISAO's sales members have started inviting people they have met, so the number of seminar participants has increased, but in the past, we only attracted customers on the event site, so there were a few meetings where almost no people came.
The minimum number of people so far is 1 person!
In a room that can accommodate more than 20 people, we held a one-on-one seminar. By the way, there were about three people in the secretariat, so I was sorry for the unbalanced people who came.
After all, ISAO is not well-known to the general public, so you have to do your best to attract customers. I will do my best steadily.
Social gatherings are exciting
After the seminar, we have a social gathering while drinking beer for about an hour, and it is always quite exciting. I also call employees, so what is Bali Flat really like? I think it is a meeting where you can listen to real stories.
It's so exciting that it's always over time, but if you want to go home, you can go home at any time, so I hope you can rest assured.
