ISAO operates a flat organization with no department or position called the "Bari Flat Model". As soon as I became an intern, I realized the Bali flat model. Older people and even CEOs don't look bossy in a good way. Conversely, "normally" interns who would be in a low position are treated the same as employees.
For example, when I'm on MTG, I don't have to worry about "I'm afraid I'll get angry if I say this." Rather, it is an environment where it is easy to express your opinions.
There are many things other than Shigoto that feel a flat atmosphere. One day at the end of the year, CEO Keishi suddenly dyed his hair, and at the year-end party, he said, "Let's dye everyone too." Later, at the end of the sitting, there was a crazy incident in which about 10 people of all ages gathered and dyed their hair. The sight of everyone bleaching in the company kitchen was dangerous.
Everyone is a very nice person
ISAO uses its own service "Goalous" on an in-house SNS. At Goalous, everything at ISAO is open. This is everyone's comment when I posted that I was not working well to create a poster for the year-end party.
For example, if you share information about your work, people will give you advice and comment. He also tells me recommended books, and I feel kind. I don't feel spoiled at all, which leads to increased motivation. If you are stuck or have a painful face, they are all good people who will talk to you and consult with you.
You can challenge yourself to do what you want to do
About a month after I started my internship, I decided to design an LP for my own service "Mamoru Biz". Moreover, when I told him that I was interested in the front-end, he asked me to try implementing it. Is it okay to be an intern? ! I still remember being surprised and happy at the same time, and thinking, "I want to do my best."
Thanks to everyone's support, we were able to successfully complete the LP renewal of Mamoru Biz. I was also able to increase the CV rate, which was the goal of LP. In addition, we were evaluated for our efforts at ISAO, including this LP renewal, and were selected as a special award at the award ceremony held once every six months at ISAO. I was happy and very grateful to the team members who supported me.
Working at ISAO is fun anyway
Of course, it's not always fun, and it doesn't go well, and I often feel like crying. I think it's fun to put those elements together. And there has been a boom in interns at ISAO recently.
