This year, a total of five people, three engineers and two salespeople, will join the company in April. In this blog, I would like to look back on the induction ceremony held on April 1st.
Induction Ceremony for FY2024
This year, we held a two-part hybrid entrance ceremony. The first part was conducted face-to-face with the people involved gathering in the office. We aimed to place an emphasis on the style of the ceremony and make it possible to feel the change of feelings to working people. The second part was held online with full participation. I did it for the purpose of getting to know and welcoming the new employees.
Part 1
To create a formal atmosphere, participants wore jackets and suits. It's usually a rough Colorkrew, so it's like a different company. The influence of costumes is amazing.
First of all, it is a message from the representative, Nakamura, to the new employees. You who chose Colorkrew have a good sense! Thank you very much for choosing Colorkrew from among many companies.
And I gave a library card as a small gift. We hope that by gaining new knowledge and perspectives, the work and life of new employees will be enriched.
Part II
The second part is the online version in which all employees participate. The first part of the attendees continued to participate from the office and connected to Zoom. Colorkrew's annual self-introduction presentation by new employees was a spectacle for five people this year. It is said that there are ten different people, but some people play their own songs, and some people present with editor-style materials like engineers, and it was very interesting to introduce themselves with their own taste.
Next, I received a welcome message from a mentor who supports new graduates. Mentors support growth by teaching them how to proceed with work and providing consultations through daily one-on-one sessions. He is the person who will be closest to me and will support me from now on, so I would be happy if I could build a good relationship.
Finally, Mr. Abe, a new employee of last year, gave a presentation containing what he wanted to convey as a senior, and the induction ceremony concluded.
