The first part was held in the office (face-to-face) with management members and related teams. To create a formal atmosphere, participants wear jackets and suits. It was quite a rare sight for Colorkrew, who often wears T-shirts and shorts in the summer. We gave a message to the new employees from the representative, Nakamura, and presented a "working starter kit" such as business cards, PCs, and library vouchers.
Part II
The second part is a casual version in which all employees participate online. Some attendees participated directly from the office, and the situation was shown with a camera and connected to the online participants. Colorkrew's annual self-introduction presentations by new employees were the main ones, and there was advice and a QA corner from seniors who joined the company last year. It may be rare to be able to give a presentation in front of all employees as soon as you join the company, but everyone who has joined the company so far has made a wonderful presentation. Mr. Abe, who is a new graduate this year, also told us in his own words about his school days and why he joined Colorkrew. I heard later that I was actually very nervous, but it was a dignified presentation that didn't make me feel the slightest bit of it!
And in the presentation from senior employees, Mr. Shimizu and Mr. Nomura, who joined the company as new graduates last year, gave presentations. There was a talk about what kind of actions are required based on the introduction of Colorkrew's spirits, and the introduction of notable employees. Like Mr. Abe, they participated in the entrance ceremony with a nervous look at the time, but now they have grown strong through various experiences. He will support Mr. Abe as a good senior.
