Online Induction Ceremony
Hello! This is Koshiba from the recruitment project.
Many companies are preparing for job offer ceremonies this season, but Colorkrew held an induction ceremony again the other day! Due to the impact of COVID-19, we are still encouraged to work from home, so of course we will be online this time as well.
Furthermore, this time I did the whole thing in English.
Advance Announcements
First of all, the announcement in advance. As with the induction ceremony in April, we called out to everyone on the company's SNS Goalous.

And the entrance ceremony has finally begun. This time, I picked up two people. One is Kono-kun, a new graduate, and the other is Joni, a second new graduate.
Kono-kun was an intern at Colorkrew while he was on leave of absence from university last year. There is also an article he wrote about interns, so please read it! Joni was working in software development for a Japanese manufacturing company when she decided to move to Colorkrew for a new challenge.
Welcome to Colorkrew!
Now, it's time for the induction ceremony. About 80 members gathered.
First of all, it is a message from the representative Nakamura to the two people.
Please take a look at the video of the video of the event!

Introduce New Employees
Next, we asked each of the two new employees to introduce themselves.
Ryoji

He talked about his memories of Akita and Sweden in the past, as well as what he learned during his internship, in fluent English. I want to be involved in various projects and be able to see things from different angles. He announced his future determination, saying that he would not only improve his development capabilities as an engineer, but also be deeply involved in the business side. Kono-kun has been a solid and reliable presence since the internship period. Everyone was waiting for his return! Welcome back!
Joni

Joni is an engineer from Uzbekistan. Multinational members such as Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Brazil, South Korea, China, and Malaysia are working, but Uzbekistan is the first! He explained Joni's background, including family stories and college stories. When Corona calms down, I want to play soccer and cook together. I hope you will grow with the Mamoru project!
Message from Brother
Next, I received congratulations from Brother, who supports the growth of the members who joined the company. The two brothers are Jan, the development leader of Mamoru. Jan is an acceptance professional who has worked with many members who have joined the company, including interns. Jan, take care of you both!

Message from Senpai
Next is a welcome message from Vincenzo, Luisa, and Tsutsumi, who joined the company in April. He summarized his ideas for remote work and advice on working at Colorkrew.
- It's important to worry, but let's ask questions.
- Don't hesitate to send out more and more
- Communicate closely with your coach and team
- It is recommended to grow plants in your own room
- Keep your desk organized and create a working environment
- When coming up with ideas, walk around
And so on, each of them told us based on their experiences over the past few months!

Let's Go Inspire the World!
At the end, everyone took a commemorative screenshot, and the online entrance ceremony ended safely. Thank you Kono and Joni for coming to Colorkrew! Let's work together to create a service that will surprise the world!
Now, with the addition of new members, Colorkrew has become even more powerful. Colorful members full of personality gather and evolve more and more to make the world more enjoyable. Thank you for your continued support!
