My encounter with ISAO dates back to the days of job hunting.
In March 2018, when I was job hunting, I received job offers from ISAO and several other companies.
I was very unsure where to join the company, but the most important thing in the job hunting axis at the time was "being able to approach social issues." As a result, I decided to kick ISAO's job offer and accept the job offer from another company (I remember that Mr. Koshiba, who was in charge of human resources, kindly sent me off with a sad face, saying, "I'm supporting you...").
I joined the company as a new graduate and will work for less than a year until January of this year.
Turning Point
And time has progressed, and it was December last year.
As will be described later, there was a certain opportunity that made me decide to change jobs from the company I joined as a new graduate.
When I was wondering who to talk to about changing jobs, I called out to ISAO, who is a "Bali flat model" and openness, and Mr. Ishihara, who was a funky HR with dreadlocks when I was looking for a job, but his face crossed my head and I was ashamed to call out (I don't know if it's a face or a head anymore lol).

Put yourself first before society
Since it was my first time joining a company as a member of society, I felt a lot of my own growth, challenges, and thoughts about society and the company that I felt in less than a year of working at my previous job. Among them, the most important was
・I want to focus on my work as an engineer, and expand my experience and skills beyond the backend.
・Before doing "solving social issues", which is the reason why I chose my previous job, I want to focus more on building my own ability to realize it.
There were two things.
Based on those two thoughts, when I talked to Mr. Nakamura, the representative, in a mid-term interview at ISAO
"It's not necessarily "for the sake of philosophy", but it can also be the idea that "as a result of your growth, it will lead to the company's profits and growth"!
We were able to gain a common understanding, so I finally decided to join ISAO.
And from now on.
From Ruby on Rails and Vue.js that I used at my previous job, I changed to an environment where I was new to all languages and frameworks such as PHP Laravel, React, and raw JS. Therefore, I would like to focus on improving the quality and level of development as much as the other members.
And by the age of 30, I would like to move on to the business side and create a new business after being able to make anything as an engineer to some extent.
This is because my purpose in life is to do everything I want to do and enjoy life to the fullest.
Therefore, if you want to create a business, you can use the experience of engineers to do it, and if you want to focus on engineering, you should be able to achieve results there.
At ISAO, which has an organizational form called the "Vari-Flat Model", I feel that there is no hierarchical organization that allows for "anything" in a good way. I will do my best to be able to do work that connects what I want to do with the company's interests in that "box" of ISAO!
