Hello, this is Aimi Nakajima.
Google Home and Amazon Echo were selected as the 5th place in Nikkei Trendy's 2018 "Best 30 Hit Products". Many of you may have purchased it this year.
Recently, on November 14th (Wednesday), ISAO hosted the "Smart Speaker and AI Voice Assistant Business Utilization Seminar & VUI Experience Workshop".
I also tried a new initiative this time! This is the report of the day.
Agenda

- [Seminar] Latest Trends in Smart Speakers in Japan and Overseas and Local Report on the U.S. Market : ISAO
- [Seminar] Service Overview and Usage Cases of the Non-Programming Skill Creation Tool "NOID" : I-Ridge Co., Ltd.

Latest Trends in Smart Speakers Domestic and Overseas and Local Reports on the U.S. Market

Our seminars aim to help beginners with smart speakers learn about the appeal and get tips on how to use them for business.
Each time, I interweave updates on the latest market data with what I saw and heard there during my business trip to the United States.
This time, there was a particular response from overseas, including the release of new devices such as Amazon's Alexa-equipped microwave oven, and the story of being able to experience Alexa's smart home。
From Japan, we will introduce the appearance of payment support skills using Amazon Pay by JTB and Demaekan.
About half of the customers own smart speakers. 1/3 were engineers, and the rest were planning and designers.
Even if you don't have programming knowledge, you can create skills!

"Noid" provided by Iridge is a smart speaker skill creation tool. Non-programming, you can intuitively create dialogues as if you were creating a mind map.
There are several similar tools in the world, but Noid is the only one made in Japan so far! Of course, the console is in Japanese, so you can use it without hesitation.
It's easy to upload audio, and even if you don't have any knowledge, you can complete everything from development to application publishing with Noid!
We also offer hands-on learning directly from the speaker, Mr. Iwaya, so please check the Noid website for details.
Design your skills in workshops and test them on the spot!
VUI workshops are always popular.
This is a program that uses the design sprint method to experience skill planning, dialogue flow design, and user testing.

This time, Iridge's staff created a sample with Noid on the spot and unveiled it at a social gathering.
The time to create one skill is only 5-10 minutes! I was able to test it on a real Amazon Echo Spot.

Everyone seems very happy to be able to exchange the dialogue I wrote on a post-it note with Alexa.
In addition to the social gathering, you can order drinks with a QR code of Mamoru Pay (free payment), and at the end, you can visualize the best-selling items with Microsoft Power BI, and an office tour will be held where you can infiltrate the inside of ISAO, which is usually not allowed to enter.
It was a social gathering that was more exciting than usual!
