Reports
Translated from Português (Brazil) • View original

Mamoru Biz was developed and created with the aim of facilitating the day-to-day life of those who need a physical space to work, that is, an office.

The objective of this system is to give visibility to the use of workspaces and the location of the team in an agile and uncomplicated way. We have already seen in other posts that it is possible to reserve meeting rooms, assets and work positions, the so-called hotdesking – a system whose main definition is the sharing of work desks.

Our focus today will be to inform you that our app has several features. But what is it?

Features are features that have been developed by a specialized team, focusing on the best possible experience for the consumer. These features, or functionalities, are defined based on the company's strategy and aim to provide a new experience for users, focusing on current needs.

We will talk in more detail about other features in other posts. Today we will focus on Reporting.

What does this feature offer you?

With this functionality, it is possible to manage the flow of your workplace. Through reports and dashboards, you, as a consumer of our software, will be able to analyze the entry fee for the entire company.

In an even more detailed way, it is possible to analyze and obtain this information filtered by department and by floor.

The reports show the check-ins made in the office and which seats were reserved, making it possible to make a comparison between the check-in rate versus the occupancy rate.

With our app, you can access the report and analyze the use of the tables through a heat map. Which was developed and made available especially with the aim of offering a greater understanding of which seats are most reserved and used by your company's employees.

Within the reporting area, we have some functions with more specific objectives.

Let's talk a little bit about that too.

Real-time status

This is a very interesting function called Status, it was recently added to the reports area.

Here you can filter by date and time, and the main objective is to check which spaces are currently available, which meeting rooms are free, what types of meetings are held in each room and also make reservations.

Seat analysis

The objective of this function is to analyze the use of tables, understanding which places are most chosen and used.

List Function

In this function you will be able to view the user's status in a list made available separately from the map we mentioned above.

This type of list can be filtered in a custom way, by departments and usernames, obtaining a detailed result regarding check-in status and current status of employees.

In addition, it is possible to communicate directly by chat or email.

Notification function

You as a user can configure and send custom push notifications from the admin tool, you can edit the notification text, choose the time, etc. These notifications can be used for various purposes such as adding a reminder to check in the moment the employee arrives at the office.

Another example is to configure to receive notifications when an event or meeting is scheduled, and you can choose only the department responsible for receiving the notification.
