Originally from China, I have been in Japan for 4 years, and I have been with the company for 2 years, and I am currently working in sales.

This time, I would like to share my thoughts on ISAO's company culture.

What I want to talk about this time is "loving and proud of my work".

Steve Jobs talked about the following at the graduation ceremony of Stanford University.

Work is going to be a big part of your life, and the only way to truly be satisfied is to believe that great work is a great job. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven't found it yet, keep looking. No compromise.

I like my current job.

I was able to come into contact with many successful businessmen and women, and I felt my growth every day.

The goal of the work is directly linked to the interests of the organization, and the most attractive is

It is easy to see the results of your actions and feel a sense of accomplishment.

I believe that sales is a great job, and I get satisfaction from sales, and of course I love and pride myself on that job.

However, it was different before I started sales.

At the end of my first year with the company, I was working on the service "Goalous" that I am developing in-house.

I tried my hand at designing prototypes.

At that time, I had a question, "Do I really like design work?"

After thinking about it carefully, I decided to consult with the representative, Keiji, and joined the sales department the following week.

I think that if you continue to design, you will definitely be able to study and skill.

I was still interested in work rather than business, so I didn't want to compromise.

So, it starts by honestly asking yourself, "Do you really like this job?"

Do you like my job?

What about everyone?

Do you like your job? Why do you think you are doing your current job?

Why don't you honestly ask yourself this question once?

And I wanted to share the answer with someone and let everyone think about it.

So I made a proposal to the company.

Every Friday, I rented a place for TGIF (casual meeting) where employees gathered and asked one person, "Do you like your job?"

I will give a presentation on this. I think it will be a great opportunity.

Always ask, "Is this really the job I want to do?"
