Situation
Insper was the first university to understand that OKR is an extremely relevant topic for the training of its students. As it is a methodology used by all sectors, by companies of all sizes, and also in any department, it is essential to reach the job market with knowledge in agility.
Deliveries
After several workshops and lectures in MBA classes, we were invited to teach a course for undergraduates of all disciplines, showing the values that the methodology delivers to the company and also to employees.
