Situation
Algar Telecommunications started its OKR process in 2020 with the Algar Tech team. Our role was and is to train, assist in the developments and also implement Goalous, our OKR management solution.
Deliveries
We started training at Algar with all employees involved, where we presented topics such as values, cases and OKRs game. At the end of this training, employees were able to understand the concepts and design Algar Tech's strategy in the OKR framework.
Currently, Algar uses Goalous in the real cycle of OKRs to support the new governance model. This is how Algar seeks more effectiveness in the management and operation of the goal model.
