The other day, Colorkrew held an "appreciation party" as an internal event, and the RSVP management at that time was done at Colorkrew Biz.

This event gathered about 100 people and it was quite a success.

Let's take a look at how we actually used Colorkrew Biz to manage RSVPs.

Solution

Just have the QR code for participation confirmation scanned by the individual to display who is planning to participate in a CSV at once.
The photo below is an actual poster. We put up posters in prominent places in the office and put QR codes on the company's social media to promote them.

By the way, on the day of the event, a lottery will be held to win gifts!
There are 6 gifts in total!
I scanned the QR code of the gift I wanted and asked them to participate in the lottery. I was disappointed that I didn't get what I wanted, and I was ・・・・・ disappointed, but this was quite exciting! !
