Bunshodo and Colorkrew have held multiple office tours in the past. It is scheduled to be held in 2024, so if you are interested in reading this blog, please contact us.
Part 1: Introducing "Colorkrew Biz", a tool that reduces nameless work ™, and "Bunshodo", an office builder
Bunshodo, which has a history and know-how of 112 years in office construction, continues to propose new value to "workplaces" and "work styles" and continues to increase the value of customers' "work". In the company introduction, he explained how to realize the value of working in a specific way. In addition, Bunshodo uses Colorkrew Biz within the company, and in order to introduce specific ways to use it during the office tour, we gave participants input an image of the use of Colorkrew Biz here.
Part 2: "How to Solve Post-Corona Space Challenges?" Panel Discussion
With the transition to Corona Category 5 and the increase in attendance rates, many companies are facing various space issues such as "There are no seats even if you come to work!" In this panel discussion, we shared the specific challenges faced by the increase in attendance due to the return to the office from three perspectives: seating, meeting rooms, and reception. Specifically, we also addressed specific issues that have surfaced in daily communication with customers, such as "the number of visitors has increased and there are not enough conference rooms" and "there are no seats even though I came to work".

Part 3: Office Tour - Bunshodo Office Tour Experience -
The third part was divided into several groups with a small number of people and conducted a tour of the actual Bunshodo office. Bunshodo's office has a variety of ingenuity, including layout design, stationery, and furniture selection, as well as the operation of the system to be used. Even for issues unique to free addresses, such as "I don't know who is where", Colorkrew Biz is used well to solve problems. In this office tour, in addition to the ingenuity and commitment to enhancing the "work" value of the Bunshodo office, the office furniture actually used was also introduced. In addition, they saw a specific image of how space management such as seats and conference rooms are managed and visualized using the QR code of Colorkrew Biz installed in the office, and how consumables such as books and whiteboard magic are managed with a single QR code. It was characteristic that the participants listened intently to the point of exceeding the scheduled time, asking questions and taking notes during the tour.

Part 4: Workshop - Real Challenges and Steps to Solve
In the fourth part of the workshop, Bunshodo and Colorkrew staff members joined the group of participants and shared their current issues, such as "I am having trouble with many empty reservations for conference rooms" and "I am planning to relocate, but I am worried about what kind of office to use." In addition, they talked about the hints they got through the seminar and what they could do first when they actually brought it back to the company, and it was a workshop that gave the participants an opportunity to take a step forward in improving their offices.

We were able to hear from the people in charge of the back office who are facing space issues and gained insights on how to improve the office, and we were able to get a lot of hints for holding better office tours in the future. In the spring of 2024, we are also considering a project centered on workshops. We would like to make the event so that participants can become more aware of the improvement of their own office.
